On September 19, the annual strategy meeting for 2020 was held at RSM Hanoi office. The meeting set out the strategic directions of RSM Hanoi for the upcoming challenging financial year.
Our leaders and management team have discussed and shared the strategic direction of RSM Global as well as RSM Hanoi. In addition to the ambitious plan for setting up the organization's operations in the new normal, the meeting was also a place for senior experts from RSM Hanoi to discuss the short and medium-term impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The meeting played an important role in building the foundation for the activities of RSM Hanoi in the coming time, helping RSM Hanoi to transform strongly, to anticipate and overcome the challenges of the post-coronavirus recovery period.
