On July 20, 2018, RSM Vietnam cooperated with the Tax Department of Bac Giang province to organize the seminar 'Updating on Taxation and declaring related transactions' for more than 800 business representatives in Bac Giang.
The seminar was attended by Mr. Le Huu Nam, Deputy Director of Bac Giang Tax Department and representatives of the Board of Directors of RSM Vietnam.
The program speakers were senior experts of RSM Vietnam: Mr. Le Khanh Lam, Deputy General Director of RSM Vietnam, Director of Tax Consulting Department and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Deputy General Director of RSM Vietnam.
The workshop was a success and received positive feedbacks from the financial directors, chief accountants and tax officers from FDI enterprises in Bac Giang province. RSM Vietnam has helped businesses understand the important changes of Decree 20 and Circular 41 compared to the current regulations on Tax Administration for related transactions. Which the help from RSM Vietnam, businesses can quickly adapt to changes in the environment and prepare a plan to manage the risks related to associated transactions.
