The test consists of two parts: the professional test presented in Vietnamese and the written test presented in English. Subsequent interview stages are primarily conducted in Vietnamese, but there may be some sections where candidates are required to respond in English.

Q: How does the Group Interview at RSM take place?
The training program follows the 70:20:10 model, focusing on the learners, primarily covering basic knowledge relevant to the internship role, along with soft skills for the job. Typically, after 2-3 weeks of training, interns will be assigned their first real job tasks.
Q: How will interns be trained, and for how long?
We have a Counselor-Counselee program, where each intern is paired with a "buddy" who will guide them through the initial stages of the job. Additionally, our open and sharing culture encourages direct communication with middle and senior management.
